Updated nursery pictures

Our crib bedding arrived last week! It's Bacati Metro Blue. The set is just what I wanted...not a "busy" pattern, nothing character related, and just a classic look. They also sell the same set in a toddler size. The teddy bear in the crib was Chris's first bear when he was a baby. You can tell he's an only child and his mother hung onto stuff like that. Coming from 5 kids I was lucky to get out with my life. HA! :)

The drawback of a sleigh crib is you have to get creative with the ties on the bumper. We don't plan on using the bumper, but I wanted to put it in for now to see how cute it looks!

27 weeks

He doesn't look like much until you see my naked belly :) I think I have finally gained some weight. On my home scale I've been up 1 lb. pretty much for a week, so I think that pound is here to stay. I'll see what the scale at the OB's office says tomorrow!

3rd Trimester!

Today marks the start of week 27, and the 3rd trimester! I can't believe how fast it's gone so far. My next appointment is this Wednesday. I'll update tonight with some 27 week pictures.

24 weeks

This is a shirt I was trying on yesterday....it really shows how different I look depending on what I wear! I had to take a pic in the dressing room because I was so shocked how big my belly looked!

Yesterday

Was the first time Chris felt the baby moving around. I didn't think he'd be able to this soon, but he was really kicking around yesterday morning and he happened to catch him! :)
