17 week belly pictures

I'm still not in maternity clothes, but I have a feeling it's not far off, I'm feeling awfully big this week.

15 week appointment

We had our monthly appt this morning, and despite the continued spotting, everything was fine. The heartbeat was 156, so down just slightly from the ultrasound 2 weeks ago. The doctor said the spotting should probably go away by the time of my next appointment.

Our next appointment is our big ultrasound on August 6th!!! WOOO!!! It's hard to believe that in just 4 weeks we'll know (hopefully) if it's a boy or a girl.

After a huge bleeding scare on Tuesday, we went in for an ultrasound on Wednesday. Much to our surprise and relief the baby was moving around and has a strong heartbeat (160's). And he/she actually looks like a baby now! Not a blob/spot on the last ultrasound at 8 weeks! :-)

First appt. with regular OB

We had our first appt with the regular doctor last Wednesday, June 11th. We met with Dr. Bauer and did the basics, height, weight, bp, pap, and then she used the doppler to find the heartbeat, which was in the 160's. So everything looked good.
I just started to notice last week that my pants are getting a bit tight...I'd hoped to go awhile longer before that. Some of my shorts aren't fitting at all.
My next appointment isn't for a whole month!
