Yesterday

Was the first time Chris felt the baby moving around. I didn't think he'd be able to this soon, but he was really kicking around yesterday morning and he happened to catch him! :)

Nursery work this week

This week we (well, Chris mostly) has been busy preparing the nursery. We took out most of the old stuff that was in the room and got to painting. Painting was finished by Wednesday and Chris built the crib on Thursday night. I can't wait to get the bedding to see it all tied together!

17 week belly pictures

I'm still not in maternity clothes, but I have a feeling it's not far off, I'm feeling awfully big this week.

15 week appointment

We had our monthly appt this morning, and despite the continued spotting, everything was fine. The heartbeat was 156, so down just slightly from the ultrasound 2 weeks ago. The doctor said the spotting should probably go away by the time of my next appointment.

Our next appointment is our big ultrasound on August 6th!!! WOOO!!! It's hard to believe that in just 4 weeks we'll know (hopefully) if it's a boy or a girl.
